SMX 2016: Peak Ace Conference Recap
Last week, we headed to the sunny south of Germany for the 2016 SMX Conference which took place on the 17th and 18th of March in Munich. Approximately 1,300 Online Marketing experts attended the SMX, including companies, consultants, agencies as well as exhibitors. We made our way to Munich a day earlier, so we had plenty of time to build up our stand. Our exhibition-neightbors were onpage.org as well as semrush.com whom we enjoyed the lovely company of.
The SEMY Awards
In the evening, we made our way to the SEMY awards which took place at the Kesselhaus this year, a really cool venue which is a listed historical industry-complex. At the SEMY awards, the winners for all 15 categories, including SEO, SEA and Online Marketing Personalities of the year were chosen. During the event, we were supplied with entertainment and great food. Congratulations again to all the SEMY winners! You can find a list of all the winners here.
The following two days were full agenda’s, with lots of great speakers, diverse topics and exciting new people to meet.
