Our new Conversion Rate Optimisation Team!
Finally, the cat is out of the bag! As of August 1st, Peak Ace has an in-house Conversion Rate Optimisation Team – CRO for short. We would like to welcome our new colleagues to Peak Ace.
Our CRO team consists of Conversion Designer Lutz Brüggemann and UX & Conversion Analyst Steffen Bath and is headed by Sandra Martin. Having worked together for two years already (first at ConversionLift, then at LEAP/) the trio is joining Peak Ace as a well-established team.
Sandra has been working in Conversion Optimisation for four years. Before that, she studied business administration with a focus on marketing and macroeconomics. She lives a life as black as her dog (which is very black) and loves the outdoors.
As a trained Graphic Designer, Lutz has been involved in Conversion Design for four years. With his distinctive sense of typography and a keen eye for photography, he takes care of everything related to user-centred design, from landing page design to A/B/n testing, to individual elements of a web page that need (re-)designing. He is a passionate music lover and also likes spending time outdoors.
Steffen is a Digital Analyst with six years’ of experience, first in SEO and the last two years in CRO. In his role as UX & Conversion Analyst, he draws on his knowledge and experience from his studies in linguistics, communication, and psychology. In his spare time, he loves the odd basketball game as well as playing the guitar.
